A Curious Start. A Weekend With Teeth.

We get a little breathing room at the beginning of this week, which is probably a good thing considering where we’re headed by the weekend... 🙈

You may step into Monday and Tuesday feeling excited, curious, or more willing to look at something from a different angle. Hold on to that openness, because when Mercury moves into Scorpio on Wednesday, the way we process everything gets deeper. By Friday, some of those questions—and what you uncover—could have teeth.

So let’s start at the beginning.

On Monday, September 28th, the Moon moves into Taurus while the Libra Sun trines Uranus in Gemini.

A trine is an easier connection between two planets, and Uranus has a way of shaking loose ideas that’ve gotten too fixed. In Gemini, that could happen through a conversation, new information, or one random thought that sends you in a completely different direction.

If you’ve been trying to solve the same problem the same way, loosen your grip on the method. You don’t have to throw the plan away. You may just need to see it from another angle.

That continues on Tuesday, September 29th, when Mercury in Libra trines the North Node in Aquarius.

Mercury speaks to how we think, talk, learn, and connect the dots. The North Node points toward growth and unfamiliar territory, so something said or noticed Tuesday may pull your attention toward a direction you haven’t fully explored yet.

Pay attention to what stays with you after the conversation is over. Notice the idea that keeps resurfacing or the opportunity you can’t quite explain but can’t seem to forget either.

You don’t have to know where it’s leading yet. Just follow the thread.

Then on Wednesday, September 30th, Mercury enters Scorpio while the Moon moves into Gemini.

This is where the tone shifts.

The Gemini Moon wants information, options, and conversation. Mercury in Scorpio wants the layers. It wants to know what motivated the answer, what wasn’t said, and why something feels more complicated than it first appeared.

You may find yourself asking better questions now, especially around something that first caught your attention Monday or Tuesday.

That matters because what you learn now could become much more relevant by Friday.

On Thursday, October 1st, we move through a 17-hour and 13-minute Void Moon.

A Void Moon is a stretch where the Moon has finished making its major connections before changing signs. It’s usually better for wrapping things up, reflecting, researching, and letting something settle than forcing a brand-new outcome.

Thursday gives you a little space between Wednesday’s questions and Friday’s intensity. Use it.

By Friday, October 2nd, Mercury in Scorpio squares Mars in Leo and Pluto in Aquarius, while Mars trines Neptune in Aries...

A square creates friction, and this one can make conversations loaded fast. What looks like a simple disagreement may expose an older frustration, a power struggle, or something nobody’s wanted to say out loud. The question is: are you in flow with, or fighting through, a fog of assumptions?

There’s a difference between saying what needs to be said and needing someone else to agree with you afterward.

Then we reach Saturday, October 3rd, when Venus stations retrograde.

Venus rules relationships, money, attraction, pleasure, value, and the things we decide are worth our time and energy. When Venus turns retrograde, we start reviewing those areas instead of simply moving forward.

Old people, old feelings, old financial questions, or even old versions of yourself may come back into view.

But a return isn’t automatically a reunion.

Sometimes something comes back because you need to see it from where you are now.

Saturday also brings Mars in Leo opposing Pluto in Aquarius, which can push buried tension or control issues to the surface. There may be something worth confronting, but make sure you’re using your power on what you can actually change instead of exhausting yourself trying to control what you can’t.

The Moon goes Void at 10:08 AM Central on Saturday and stays there for 31 hours and 46 minutes, ending at 5:54 PM Central on Sunday, October 4th.

That’s a long pause, and with everything else going on, I’d take the hint.

You don’t have to settle every argument, answer every message, or figure out what something means before you’ve had time to hear yourself think.

Then on Sunday, October 4th, the Libra Sun opposes Saturn in Aries, bringing a reality check.

Saturn deals with limits, responsibility, boundaries, time, and the work required to make something real. You may realize that wanting something and being willing to carry what comes with it are two different questions.

Saturn isn’t always saying no...it’s showing you the price of yes.

Mercury also enters its retrograde shadow Sunday, which means conversations, decisions, and plans beginning now may come back around once Mercury officially turns retrograde.

So don’t force certainty.

This week starts by opening your mind, then asks you to look deeper. By the weekend, you’ll have a much better sense of which ideas, conversations, and truths actually carry weight.

Pay attention to what gets your attention early. Let the middle of the week give you more information. And when the weekend turns up the pressure, remember that you don’t have to answer everything the moment it asks.

ARIES

Top 3 focuses: Partnerships that need a new approach · Shared money and what's owed · Choosing which fight is worth it

The week opens with a partner, client, or close friend offering an angle you hadn't considered. It may show up in a quick text, a side conversation, or something a sibling mentions in passing (Sun in your 7th house trines Uranus in your 3rd). Don't argue with it out of habit. On Tuesday, a conversation could point you toward a group, a network, or a long-range goal you've been circling (North Node, 11th).

Once Mercury moves into your 8th house on Wednesday, the talk turns to shared resources, debts, trust, and what everyone is actually bringing to the table. Ask the direct question. Use Thursday to read the fine print.

Friday and Saturday stir up your 5th and 11th houses. Pride, credit for creative work, or power dynamics in a friend group could get tense. You're built to push through, but not every push moves anything. Pick the one thing you can change. Venus stations retrograde Saturday in your 8th, so old financial or intimate questions come back for review.

On Sunday, Saturn in your sign opposes the Sun in your partnership house. What you want for yourself and what a relationship asks of you may not match yet. That tells you something. It isn't a final answer.

TAURUS

Top 3 focuses: Work routines that need an update · Committed partnerships under review · Rest before you react

The Moon in your sign on Monday gives you a steadier start than most. Meanwhile, the Sun in your 6th house trines Uranus in your 2nd. In plain terms, a fresh idea about how you earn, spend, or organize your days could come from somewhere unexpected. Try it before you dismiss it. On Tuesday, a work conversation may hint at a bigger career direction (North Node, 10th).

On Wednesday, Mercury enters your 7th house, and one-on-one relationships get more honest. You'll want to know where you stand with someone, and why. By Friday, Mercury squares Mars in your 4th and Pluto in your 10th, so pressures from home and career could collide in one conversation. Say what's true without needing the other person to agree.

On Saturday, Venus, your ruling planet, stations retrograde in your 7th house. Partnerships, business deals, and old romantic threads come up for review. Someone from the past may come back, and you get to decide whether they're a chapter or a footnote. Take the long Void Moon seriously and let it slow you down.

On Sunday, Saturn in your 12th opposes the Sun in your 6th and asks whether your workload is sustainable. Quiet recovery isn't laziness. It's maintenance.

GEMINI

Top 3 focuses: Creative risks you've postponed · Honesty about daily work and health habits · Saying less, meaning more

You may feel more like yourself early this week. The Sun in your 5th house trines Uranus in your sign, and the Moon joins Uranus on Wednesday. Ideas come fast, and one of them might be good enough to act on: a creative project, a romantic spark, or a new way of presenting yourself. On Tuesday, a conversation could open a door to learning, travel, or publishing (North Node, 9th).

When Mercury, your ruler, moves into your 6th house on Wednesday, the focus narrows to routines, workload, and what your body is telling you. You'll notice which habits are quietly costing you. Friday's squares hit your 3rd and 9th houses, so a debate about beliefs, facts, or who's "right" can escalate fast. You're good with words, which is exactly why you should choose them carefully on Friday.

Venus stations retrograde Saturday in your 6th and asks you to reassess what you give at work and whether it's valued. Don't try to win the internet this weekend.

On Sunday, Saturn in your 11th opposes the Sun in your 5th. A friend, a group, or a long-term goal may need more commitment than your fun side wants to give. Both matter. Weigh them honestly.

CANCER

Top 3 focuses: Home and family conversations · What you value vs. what you spend · Holding boundaries with authority

Monday brings a helpful shift at home. The Sun in your 4th house trines Uranus in your 12th, so a quiet insight from a dream, a journal page, or a moment alone could change how you see a family situation. On Tuesday, a conversation touches on shared finances or emotional debts (North Node, 8th). Pay attention to what lingers afterward.

On Wednesday, Mercury enters your 5th house. You'll want to go deeper with a creative project, a child, or a romance, and surface-level answers won't satisfy you. By Friday, Mercury squares Mars in your 2nd and Pluto in your 8th. Money, possessions, or who controls what could turn into a pointed discussion. Know your numbers before you bring them up.

Venus stations retrograde Saturday in your 5th, bringing back an old flame, an abandoned creative idea, or a pleasure you gave up. Revisit it with curiosity, not nostalgia. Saturday's Mars–Pluto opposition also runs across your money houses, so resist the urge to overcorrect financially.

On Sunday, Saturn in your 10th house opposes the Sun in your 4th. Career demands and home needs pull in opposite directions. You can't give everything to both this week, and pretending you can is how resentment starts.

LEO

Top 3 focuses: Speaking up with purpose · Home and emotional roots · Knowing where your power ends

Your week starts with lighter, quicker energy. The Sun in your 3rd house trines Uranus in your 11th, so a text, a group chat, or a friend's offhand comment could spark a new idea. On Tuesday, a conversation with a partner or collaborator points toward growing together (North Node, 7th). Notice who you keep thinking about afterward.

On Wednesday, Mercury moves into your 4th house, and conversations turn to home, family, and the stories you grew up with. You may understand an old pattern differently now. On Friday, Mercury squares Mars in your sign and Pluto in your 7th, and this one is personal. If someone pushes a button, your first instinct will be to defend your pride. Pause first. The strongest move is one you won't have to walk back.

On Saturday, Venus stations retrograde in your 4th and opens a review of home, family ties, and where you feel safe. The same day, Mars in your sign opposes Pluto in your partnership house. Watch for power struggles, especially if someone wants control you haven't agreed to give.

On Sunday, Saturn in your 9th opposes the Sun in your 3rd. Big plans need real steps. Talk less about the vision and write the first page.

VIRGO

Top 3 focuses: Money and self-worth · Clear communication with coworkers and siblings · Rest that actually restores you

An idea about your career or public direction may land early this week. The Sun in your 2nd house trines Uranus in your 10th, so a thought about how you earn or where you're aiming professionally deserves attention. On Tuesday, a conversation could improve a work routine or a daily habit (North Node, 6th).

On Wednesday, Mercury, your ruler, moves into your 3rd house. You'll hear what people mean, not just what they say, and you may want to dig into a local issue, a sibling relationship, or something you're learning. On Friday, Mercury squares Mars in your 12th and Pluto in your 6th. Hidden frustration about your workload, or about who's carrying what, may come out sideways. Choose being direct over being efficient.

Venus stations retrograde Saturday in your 3rd, so you may need to revisit old messages, unfinished conversations, or a sibling issue. Mars opposing Pluto the same day reminds you that exhaustion is information, not a character flaw.

On Sunday, Saturn in your 8th house opposes the Sun in your 2nd. Debts, shared money, or what you owe someone may compete with what you want for yourself. Make a plan, not a promise.

LIBRA

Top 3 focuses: Your personal direction · Pricing, spending, and self-worth · Relationship reality checks

It's your season, and the week starts with room to breathe. The Sun in your sign trines Uranus in your 9th, so a new idea, class, trip, or belief could change how you see your next chapter. On Tuesday, Mercury in your sign trines the North Node in your 5th, which means creative work, romance, or plain joy is asking for more space. Follow that thread.

On Wednesday, Mercury moves into your 2nd house. Money, possessions, and self-worth take center stage, and you'll want to know what something is really worth. On Friday, Mercury squares Mars in your 11th and Pluto in your 5th. A friend or group may push hard, or a romance or creative project could turn into a battle of wills. You don't owe anyone instant agreement.

On Saturday, Venus, your ruler, stations retrograde in your 2nd house. Review your spending, your prices, and anything you've been giving away for less than it's worth.

On Sunday, the Sun in your sign opposes Saturn in your 7th house, and a partner may show you what commitment really costs. That isn't rejection. Those are the honest terms, and you can negotiate from there.

SCORPIO

Top 3 focuses: Rest and behind-the-scenes clarity · Saying what you mean once · Career and home pressure

The first half of the week works best when you keep it quiet. The Sun in your 12th house trines Uranus in your 8th, so time alone could unlock an insight about trust, intimacy, or shared money. On Tuesday, a conversation may lead you back to home, family, or your need for steady footing (North Node, 4th).

On Wednesday, Mercury enters your sign, and your perception gets sharp. You'll catch what people avoid saying. That's useful, as long as you don't treat every pause as evidence. On Friday, Mercury squares Mars in your 10th and Pluto in your 4th. Career pressure and family matters could collide, and things may get intense. Say the true thing once, clearly, and then let it land.

On Saturday, Venus stations retrograde in your sign. How you present yourself, what you want, and who you've been in relationships all come up for review. An old version of you may knock on the door, and you don't have to let them move back in.

On Sunday, Saturn in your 6th opposes the Sun in your 12th. Your body and your schedule are asking for limits. Listen before they decide for you.

SAGITTARIUS

Top 3 focuses: Friends, groups, and future goals · Private feelings worth a second look · Not arguing on principle

Your social world gives you energy early this week. The Sun in your 11th house trines Uranus in your 7th, so a friend or partner may say something that changes your plans for the better. On Tuesday, a quick conversation could point you toward a new skill or a local opportunity (North Node, 3rd).

On Wednesday, Mercury enters your 12th house and turns your thoughts inward. You may process more privately than you share, and journaling, a long drive, or plain quiet time could clear up a lot. On Friday, Mercury squares Mars in your 9th and Pluto in your 3rd. Debates about beliefs, politics, or who has the facts could get heated. You love the truth. Just don't turn it into a weapon.

Venus stations retrograde Saturday in your 12th house, bringing up private feelings, an old heartbreak, or a longing you've kept to yourself. Let it surface. You don't have to act on it.

On Sunday, Saturn in your 5th opposes the Sun in your 11th. A creative project, a romance, or a commitment to a child may need more structure than your group plans allow. Choose what you're building over what's fun to join.

CAPRICORN

Top 3 focuses: Career moves and visibility · Who's really on your team · Protecting your energy at home

The week starts with a useful shift at work. The Sun in your 10th house trines Uranus in your 6th, so a new tool, habit, or process could make your job easier. On Tuesday, a conversation may connect to money or self-worth (North Node, 2nd). Notice which idea you can't let go of.

On Wednesday, Mercury enters your 11th house. Friendships, groups, and long-range goals get more serious, and you may want to know who's truly in your corner. On Friday, Mercury squares Mars in your 8th and Pluto in your 2nd. Shared money, debts, or control over resources could spark a tense exchange. Keep the conversation on the terms, not the personalities.

Venus stations retrograde Saturday in your 11th, bringing back an old friend or a hope you'd filed away. Look at it from where you stand now. Mars opposing Pluto the same day may stir up financial power plays, so decide what you control and release the rest.

On Sunday, Saturn, your ruler, in your 4th house opposes the Sun in your 10th. Home and career are both tugging at you. Ambition matters, and so does the foundation holding you up. Don't sacrifice one to prove something about the other.

AQUARIUS

Top 3 focuses: Learning and bigger perspectives · Career conversations with weight · Holding your ground in relationships

Monday and Tuesday bring welcome curiosity. The Sun in your 9th house trines Uranus in your 5th, so a creative idea, a class, or an unexpected trip could feel exciting. On Tuesday, Mercury trines the North Node in your sign, and you may hear something that nudges you toward who you're becoming.

On Wednesday, Mercury moves into your 10th house. Career conversations get more strategic, and you'll want to know what's really driving decisions above you. On Friday, Mercury squares Mars in your 7th and Pluto in your 1st. A partner or colleague may challenge you directly, and it could feel personal. Stay clear about your position without needing their validation.

On Saturday, Venus stations retrograde in your 10th, bringing back an old job, contact, or professional goal. Look at it with fresh eyes. Mars opposing Pluto across your 1st and 7th houses may expose a control issue in a relationship. You can hold your ground without taking over the whole field.

On Sunday, Saturn in your 3rd opposes the Sun in your 9th. Big ideas need everyday follow-through. Have the conversation, schedule the step, and don't wait for perfect clarity to start.
