Refunds and Digital Delivery
All sales of digital products are final. Astrology reports, planners, workbooks and other downloads are digital products. They are delivered immediately after checkout, so they are non-refundable once delivered.
How delivery works
Automated reports: after checkout you get a link, on the thank-you page and in your order confirmation email, to enter your birth details. Your report is created in about a minute and lives at a private link you can come back to anytime.
Downloads: available right away on the thank-you page and in your order confirmation email.
Delivery is complete when your report is created or your download is available.
What I will always fix
Wrong birth details: if you entered your birth date, time or place incorrectly, contact me and I will re-run your report once per order at no charge.
Can’t find your report or download: contact me and I will resend it within 2 business days.
Duplicate charge, or a problem on my end that keeps you from receiving what you paid for: I will fix it or refund it.
Other purchases
Readings and mentorship: booking, rescheduling and cancellation terms are shown when you book.
Gift cards are redeemable as shown at purchase.
Tips like Buy Jamie a Coffee are voluntary gifts and are non-refundable.
Before you dispute a charge
Please contact me first: message me through the website. Most problems are solved within a day or two. I keep records of delivery, report creation and membership access, and I share them with the payment provider if a charge is disputed.
Memberships: Billing and How to Cancel
Monthly membership: $4.99 USD, charged every month on the date you joined.
Annual membership: $59.99 USD, charged every year on the date you joined.
Memberships renew automatically until you cancel. By joining, you authorize these recurring charges. The price and renewal terms are shown again on the checkout page before you pay.
How to cancel (it takes less than a minute)
Log in at thesouthernmystic.com.
Open your account menu and choose My Subscriptions.
Click Cancel next to your membership and confirm. You’ll see the cancellation on screen and get a confirmation email.
Prefer help? Message me through the website with the word “Cancel” and the email on your account, and I will cancel it for you within 2 business days.
After you cancel
No further charges.
You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Membership payments are non-refundable, including partial months or years. If you were charged after you asked me to cancel, I will refund that charge.
Member discounts on readings and reports end when your membership ends.
Terms of Use
For entertainment purposes only. Astrology readings, reports, horoscopes, calendars and tools on this site offer reflection and perspective. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for a licensed professional. You are responsible for your own choices.
Accuracy depends on your details. Reports and charts are calculated from the birth information you enter. Please double-check your date, time and place.
Personal use. Reports, the membership calendar, planners and other downloads are for your personal use. Please do not resell, share or republish them.
Age. You must be 18 or older to make a purchase. Children’s birth details may only be provided by a parent or guardian.
Content. Text, images, books and materials on this site belong to Jamie Magee unless noted otherwise.
Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, my total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law. These policies are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA. I may update them from time to time; the version shown at checkout applies to your purchase.
Privacy Policy
What I collect
Contact details you give me, like your name and email address, when you sign up, book, buy or send a message.
Birth details (date, time and place of birth, and sometimes a full birth name) when you use the free birth chart, buy a report or book a reading. For the Child's Moon report, a parent or guardian provides their child's birth details.
Order and membership details such as what you bought and when. Payments are processed securely by Wix and its payment providers. I never see or store your full card number.
Basic site data collected automatically by Wix, such as pages visited and device type, using cookies.
How I use it
To create and deliver your chart, report, reading, membership calendar or order.
To send you the emails you signed up for. You can unsubscribe any time using the link in any email.
To answer your questions and improve the site.
I do not sell your personal information. Your birth details are used only to make your astrology content.
Who else handles it
The site runs on Wix, which stores site data and processes payments. Calendar subscriptions you add to Google, Apple or Outlook are handled by those services under their own policies.
Your choices
You can ask me to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you through the contact page. Members can cancel a membership from their account at any time.
Children
This site is meant for adults. Children's birth details are only collected when a parent or guardian provides them for a Child's Moon report, and they are used only to create that report.
